What is Print-on-demand (POD) fulfillment?

With the print on demand (POD) model, most of our children books (Paperback and Hardcover editions) are printed on products only as orders come in and only in the quantity that the order asks for.  There will be additional 3-4 days to complete for POD order and additional shipping time. We also support rush POD orders with fast shipping method. If you need to buy large quantities of books, please send us email with your information.

How to use credit card payment via PayPal Page?

After you click "Checkout to PayPal" Blue button, this will redirect your page to PayPal Page. So if you have not used any PayPal service before, the screen will automatically take you to the Credit Card Page. See the following message from PayPal Support Group - "Basically if PayPal detects you being a user and spots their cookie, they will show the PayPal Login form by default. However, if they can't see that cookie, then they will show the credit card option first with a note that if you already have a PayPal account, to log in. "

Can I send my order to an address other than my billing address?

You may choose an alternate street address when you order online. If requesting multiple ship-to addresses, you must complete separate orders.

International Shipping Rate

We ship all international orders using the United States Postal Services Priority Mail service. The service is trackable and usually insures that you receive your order from us sending in most countries around the world. We do not charge an additional handling fee for this service; we simply charge you what we have to pay to get your order on its way. We do reserve the right to refuse shipment to certain countries based on our knowledge of import barriers. We do not guarantee the arrival of international shipments as there are many factors outside our control (e.g. customs delays, unreliable carrier services) which can interfere with the delivery of your order.

If you are not familiar with PayPal service, please visit www.paypal.com for more information. It is a service that enables you to pay, send money or make an online payment. It is much safer for you to send payment online and all your payment details will be securely handled by PayPal only.

How can I track my order?

When you submit your order, within minutes you will receive an email order confirmation. Kiazpora ships orders within 2-4 business day. Once your order is shipped, you will get an e-mail with the shipping tracking number.

How can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make any changes to your order or cancel your order after you placed it, please contact us. Please note, that your order may begin processing immediately after you place it, and it may not be possible to change items on existing orders or cancel the order. If the order has been shipped to you, you can return the merchandise upon receipt.

Domestic Shipping Rate

Non-promotional orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).The only time we charge extra handling fee is when special packaging is required in order to assure the safety of an item during the shipping process. Whenever this occurs, it is spelled out at the bottom of a product's description. As soon as your package is in the hands of the USPS we provide you with a USPS tracking number for your convenience, sent directly through the USPS tracking service.
Typically, a package shipped with the USPS Priority service takes 2-3 business days to reach the recipient. We have seen many packages arrive within one or two days; and we have seen some packages take up to five days. While we would like to see every package reach you within the shortest amount of time possible, please understand that we can only control the shipping process until the USPS has accepted your package.
